A wide range of breakfast options, along with coffee and tea. Impeccably clean room featuring central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. - the room boasts an exceptional view of the Manhattan skyline and the 59th Street Bridge.

The hotel is new and so it has a very clean and fresh feel to it. Great facilities, fantastic view, and comfortable rooms. The bar on the roof is very cool. About 10 minute walk to any of the three nearby subway stations.
Breakfast is terrible. Hardly any variety and they ran out and were cleaning up 15 minutes before breakfast was to end. Front desk wasn't very helpful when we enquired about the breakfast and treated us as if it was our own problem. We requested an iron one morning and were notified by the front desk that they don't know if they'll be able to get one for us. It never arrived.

The front desk staff was really nice. They greeted us with open arms. I loved the rooftop bar and the designs throughout the hotel.

Loved the hotel! Hated the area it is in. We are from a small rural area in Illinois, and the area the hotel is in is in our area a place where no one goes to feel safe. Would not feel safe walking. Took cars recommended by hotel. Cars were priced great compared to cabs. A young man behind desk recommeded to us for dinner the Rivers Edge Restaurant and it was exactly what we wanted. Quiet and great steak and wine! Kudos to him!

1) Service was poor (2) Most of the hotel staff didn't even know where can I get the food in the nearest place when their own restaurant was already closed (3) On their website they mentioned that there is airport pickup however when we arrived at the airport there was no Pick up at all I had to spend $18 from my pocket for taxi from airport to the hotel ( So $36 to and fro ) (4) Hotel does not Even provide drinking water bottles in the rooms (5) Everyday Same breakfast ... the menu of the breakfast never Changes (6) we had to go to downtown ny hotel staff told us they provide shuttle service which was down on that day , but they said they can call taxi for us , but they never mentioned the taxi they call for us charges almost Double than the regular yellow cabs we ended up paying double that what we paid the yellow cab from same spot on our way back......this is the worst hotel in all the ways worst service, ignorant staff, and full of lies , what they mentioned on their websites is not what they actually provide you plus this hotel is not at all worth the money I PAID.........My father came to usa for the first time so I wanted to take him to a good hotel with good service when I saw the pictures of this hotel on website and with high cost I thought it must be good but this hotel isin ghetto area and with all the worst services......... Will never ever book this hotel again

Good location, very close to Mannhatan at a very reasoble rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated and confortable.
Complimentary breakfast was poor on the first two mornings (ran out of juice, milk, fruits,... There was almost nothing) but improved on the last morning.
